As of the 1st of July 2010 the ASIC will be rising the fee to register a PTty Ltd company. The fee currently is $400 and will be rising to $412. So if you want to save an extra $12 on the price of your new company then make sure you register prior to the end of the month.
Price changes will be as follows:
Email version company will rise from $527 to $539
Company Register will rise from $610 to $622
