Have you made changes recently with your company?

These may include a new director, adding a share holder or even as simple as a move in premises.

Whenever you want to add a new partner, director, secretary or share holder to your company, it is imperative to contact your regulatory body in the country or region you are in (ie ASIC, Company House). As part of having a business in most countries you have to keep them updated with all of your current information.

As the secretary of your company, it is your obligation to contact the regulatory body in your area. Now depending on the size of your company, the secretary and the director may be the same person. That’s ok, just keep in mind for any big changes, such as adding share holders and such, you have to keep your public records through the regulatory body.
