As an honest company you have to pay your taxes in order to stay in business. There are a couple of things that can happen if you don’t pay your taxes though. First off, if you don’t pay your taxes on time and in the manner in which you are suppose to you may end up getting the company closed for non payment of taxes.

Now you might think that just because the company gets closed for non payment of taxes the company would be relieved of having to pay, but this is not true. The money is a bill that is basically past due. Think of a phone service or television. When not paid things get turned off, and you still owe the back pay, and then some late fees to get caught up.
